November 2, 2011 H-2B Cap Count
As of 11/2/11, USCIS receipted 8,188 petitions toward the 33,000 H-2B cap amount for the first half of Fiscal Year (FY) 2012. This count includes 7,280 approved petitions and 908 pending petitions. H-2B cap count information for the second half of FY2011 also is available.
