For immigration attorneys

Reach people looking for an immigration attorney.

USVISA.com publishes free, plain-English immigration guides, tools and policy updates in English and Spanish. When a visitor asks to hear from an attorney, we deliver the inquiry to participating attorneys whose states, practice areas and languages match.

Flat advertising fees. No share of legal fees.

Pricing

We share pricing after reviewing your application. Fees are flat and pay for advertising. They never depend on whether a visitor hires you, what you charge or how a matter ends.

Standards

Built as advertising, not a recommendation.

Attorney advertising rules vary by state. Check your own bar's rules on paying for advertising and inquiries before you apply.

What we do not do

  • Recommend, rate, rank or endorse any attorney
  • Analyze a visitor's legal problem or judge its merits
  • Take a percentage of fees or charge based on results
  • Guarantee inquiries, clients or case outcomes

What we ask of participating attorneys

  • Hold an active license and remain in good standing
  • Provide accurate information for any advertising
  • Include any statements your state requires
  • Follow the professional rules that apply to you, including conflict checks and client communication

Paid placements are labeled ADVERTISING. Advertisers do not review, approve or edit our guides. Read our advertising disclosure and editorial standards.

Questions

What attorneys ask first.

Are inquiries exclusive?

No. An inquiry goes to every participating attorney whose states, practice areas and languages match it, so more than one attorney may receive the same inquiry.

How do you decide who receives an inquiry?

We use the filters each attorney sets and the state, topic and language the visitor provides. We do not judge the case or choose the best attorney for it.

How much does advertising cost?

We share pricing after reviewing your application. Fees are flat advertising fees. They do not depend on whether a visitor hires you, what you charge or the outcome of a matter.

Do you guarantee inquiries or clients?

No. Volume depends on visitor demand and your filters, and visitors decide for themselves whether to hire anyone.

Who can apply?

Licensed attorneys in good standing and their law firms. We do not accept notarios, immigration consultants or other non-attorney services.

Is this allowed under my state's rules?

Rules vary, and we cannot advise you on them. You are responsible for confirming that this advertising complies with the rules of every jurisdiction where you are licensed.
